  • North Park Development and Cache Landmark of Logan are discussing the possibility of development nearly 20 acres near the Flying J truck stop in Willard, at approximately 750 North on the east side of Interstate 15. The developers met with the Willard Planning Commission to discuss the proposal, which would include retail, banks, a hotel, restaurants, a convenience store and housing. Frontrunner has also proposed a transit hub at the location. Although the project is just a concept at the time, Willard is hopeful for the development.

  • Buckskin and Livestock have plans to develop a 58-lot subdivision in Willard. The Willard Estates Subdivision is waiting for approval on the final plat.
