Utah restaurant chain Costa Vida helps feed hungry

When a hungry person sits down to eat at the Rescue Mission of Salt Lake on Thursdays, there’s a good chance the chow was provided by Costa Vida, a restaurant chain that donates its excess food to the private, nonprofit organization.
